I believe the point of the protests is that the corporations screwed up and they need to answer for their crimes, instead of taking bailout after bailout. There will always be debt and people making stupid mistakes, but if the common person answers to those mistakes, then so should the CEOs. Instead of them leaving all the money in the bank restricting circulation and believing in some inane “trickle-down” theory, I approve of the millionaires wanting to pay their fair share to help the entirety of America. Not really opinionated on wall street since I’m not informed well enough, but I think the fact that there are people who believe that debt will always exist is part of the reason why America was/is in recession and…well, in debt basically.
